PART-TIME OFFICE MANAGER
Glassock Law APC is seeking a part-time Office Manager to interact with clients, maintain and organize client files, and manage office technologies.
The ideal candidate has a strong orientation to client service, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and an organized and detail-oriented work style.
Compensation is $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Areas of Responsibility
The Office Manager is responsible for the following:
· Answer phone calls from and schedule meetings with potential clients, current and past clients, opposing parties, and network of professional colleagues.
· Utilize and refine client management systems to organize client data and communicate with clients.
· Track client progress and conduct check-in with clients at regular intervals.
· Draft important documents using templates.
· Organize client documents in both electronic and physical filing systems.
· Prepare letters and packages for mailing.
· Maintain the highest standard of care for all private client information and protected privileged information.
Qualifications
Glassock Law APC is seeking candidates who excel in providing impeccable service to clients, have a strong attention to detail, and are able to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time. You should have:
· Clear people skills with a strong orientation to client satisfaction and service.
· Professional demeanor when working with clients, opposing parties, and professional partners.
· Demonstrated experience with professional communication, both orally and in writing.
· An advanced working proficiency of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and G Suite, as well as a comfort with technology and the ability to learn new technological platforms.
· Attention to detail to help ensure that your work and my work are error-free.
· Experience managing and organizing multiple projects at once.
· The ability to be an assertive self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision, including days of managing work independently.
